Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from the martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts. It empowers and celebrates people in all their uniqueness, by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music in more than 45 countries. Every experience can be adapted to individual needs and abilities. Join the Nia Community. Step onto the dance floor with Nia and move in your body's way.

I am a Black Belt Nia Instructor who has had the pleasure of sharing the Nia Technique with over 2000 students over the last 18 years. I have studied a wide variety of dance and movement forms, and I am a dancer and choreographer with the Toronto-based community dance company, PushPULL Dance.
Step in to my class and experience the joy of movement.
